Information for Exhibitors

The exhibition area will be located in the Grande Hall where plenary sessions will be held. Refreshment breaks will be held in the same area. Throughout the Conference, exhibitors will have a number of opportunities to meet with key representatives from education, industry, and government. All exhibitors at the conference will be listed in the conference programme (assuming exhibitor registration is received by August 31, 2006).

Each booth will be draped on three sides and have a skirted table, 6 feet x 3 feet, and will be equipped with one electrical outlet. Internet connectivity is available on request (for an extra fee). All other display equipment is the responsibility of the Exhibitor.

Exhibitors also receive:

  • Advertising opportunities:
    • Company logo posted on conference website;
    • Company listed in Conference Program (if registration received by August 31, 2006); and
    • Conference website linked to company website;
  • Conference attendees list.

Access to the Exhibitor Area for set up will be from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday, October 30, 2006. Information on access to this area will be provided at the time of registration.


Exhibition Hours of Operation:

Monday, October 30, 2006, 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Tuesday, October 31 to Thursday, November 2, 2006, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Friday, November 3, 2006, 8:00 am – 1:00 pm

Although general security will be provided in the hotel, COL and the PCF4 Caribbean Consortium are unable to assume responsibility for any lost or stolen items.

Please note that the exhibition area must be vacated by 4:30 pm, on Friday, November 3, 2006, so that the booths can be dismantled.

Cost

The cost of an exhibition booth at PCF4 is US$ 400 per booth plus conference registration for all persons manning the booth (i.e., the cost of the booth does not include any conference registration or site access). Internet connectivity is available on request for an extra fee of US$80 for the duration of PCF4.

If your application for a booth is successful, you will be sent an Exhibitor Payment Form. Please complete this form and return it with your payment.

A down payment of US$200 is required to reserve the booth, with the payment of the balance due by August 31, 2006.
