Abstract
The Panel will resource the following strands within the theme
for 3-5 minutes each:

- National Human Resource Needs for Knowledge Economy
- Systemic and Institutional Intervention Strategies
- ICT Led Initiatives (Open Source, Digital Repositories,
Open Education Resources, etc) in vogue
- Nurturing and Retaining Talents in ODL.
